How to use the List Review Feature
The List Review feature is designed to help teams quickly and collaboratively evaluate domains within a saved list. It allows you to review each domain using contextual data and screenshots, mark them to keep or remove, and then apply bulk actions- all in a streamlined workflow.
1. Open an Existing List
- 
Navigate to the Lists section in the platform. 
- 
Select any saved list you want to review. 
2. Launch Review Mode
- 
Click the “Review List” button at the top of the list. 
- 
This will open the Review workflow in a focused view. 
3. Review Each Domain
- 
You’ll see one domain at a time, along with: - 
A recent screenshot of the page. 
- 
Key metadata like Tranco rank, ad density, and compliance flags. 
 
- 
- 
Use this information to decide whether to keep or remove the domain. 
4. Mark Domains with Keyboard Shortcuts
- 
Use quick keyboard commands to keep things moving: - 
K = Keep 
- 
R = Remove 
- 
← / → = Navigate between domains 
 
- 
You can also click the Keep or Remove buttons in the top right of the page if you prefer not to use shortcuts.
5. Collaborate with Your Team
- 
All review actions are tracked by user, so teams can divide and conquer. 
- 
You’ll see who reviewed which domains and how they were marked. 
6. Complete the Review & Apply Bulk Actions
- 
When you’ve finished reviewing, return to the main list view. 
- 
Use bulk actions to quickly remove domains you marked for removal.
