DeepSee.io’s publisher quality metrics are specifically crafted in order to help ad-industry professionals that need to:

  1. Maintain robust filtering & targeting lists (advertisers, agencies, demand-side platforms)
  2. Routinely perform on-demand partner quality research during the on-boarding process (supply aggregators; private publisher marketplaces)
  3. Perform automated auditing of their own networks (affiliate networks, supply aggregators)

Our guiding lights are publisher policy documents sourced from leading platforms on the buy & sell-side. There are many policies that are perfectly well intentioned, but nearly impossible to verify at scale without an experiential solution like ours.

The process starts with our custom crawlers, which are designed to interact with web-pages like a human would. While they consume content, they note things like the % of screen covered by ads, the timing of ad-unit refreshes, and much more that’s out of view to the naked eye. Where impression trackers capture a point in time, DeepSee.io captures the journey, end-to-end, that a user might take.
